HOW LONG WILL MY JOB TAKE?

It really depends on the job.  I certainly will discuss that with you.

DO YOU WORK ON MULTIPLE JOBS AT A TIME?

There are times when I will be doing a couple jobs.  Usually I am working on one larger project and then fit in smaller jobs.  I will consider your schedule and needs on an individual basis.

WILL YOU PERSONALLY BE ON THE JOB SITE?

Sure will.

HOW LONG OF A WAITING LIST DO YOU HAVE?

That really varies.  Typically, summertime is very busy. After I have established what work you need and figured out how long it will take, I’ll let you know how long it might take.

HOW DO YOU DO PAYMENTS?

I can either 1) bid your job or  2) you can pay for time & materials.

Usually for a bigger project, I ask for a down payment before I start and then progress payments are scheduled along the way.

DO YOU RECYCLE?

I try to recycle everything I can.  The environment is important to me.

DO YOU KEEP THE JOB SITE CLEAN & ORDERLY?

I try to.  It makes it nicer for the home owner and helps me think & be more efficient!

HOW MANY YEARS HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS?

25 years.
